These Terms of Repair (“Terms”) apply to repair services provided by U-Tech Electronics for phones, computers, tablets, and consoles. By requesting repair services from U-Tech Electronics, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Repair Services

U-Tech Electronics offers repair services for phones, computers, tablets, and consoles. Our technicians will diagnose the issue and provide an estimate for the repair cost. Once you approve the estimate, we will proceed with the repair.

2. Warranty

a) Lifetime Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on iPhone and iPad repairs, subject to the following conditions:

i. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship only. ii. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or misuse.

b) 90-Day Warranty: We offer a 90-day warranty on all other repairs, subject to the following conditions:

i. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship only. ii. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or misuse.

3. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact U-Tech Electronics and provide proof of the original repair. If your claim is covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part at no additional cost. If the issue is not covered under warranty, you may be charged for any additional repairs.

4. Repair Pickup and Unrepaired Devices

Devices, both repaired and unrepaired, must be picked up within 30 days of the drop-off date. If the device is not picked up within this period, it will be considered abandoned, and U-Tech Electronics reserves the right to recycle the device in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Prior to recycling, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the contact information provided during drop-off.

We value your cooperation in promptly picking up your devices, whether repaired or not, to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all our customers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, U-Tech Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our repair services. U-Tech Electronics’ total liability for all claims relating to the repair services shall be limited to the cost of the repair service paid by you.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Repair shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA.
